Bushmills 10-year-old The Causeway Collection Single Malt Irish Whiskey was finished in Malaga wine casks, whereas this particular expression enjoyed a finishing period in Cognac casks!
It was initially aged in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, before being moved over to Cognac casks for the final two years of maturation.
Red apples and red grapes, with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon.
