Espresso Martini

  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 shot (25ml) of espresso
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar

  2. Chill the martini glasses: Place 2 martini glasses in the refrigerator to chill.

  3. Make the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice cubes, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso shot, and 1 tablespoon of the cooled sugar syrup.

  4. Shake vigorously: Shake the cocktail shaker until the outside feels icy cold.

  5. Strain and serve: Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glasses.

  6. Garnish: Optionally, garnish each glass with a few coffee beans for decoration.

  7. Enjoy: Sip and enjoy your delicious Espresso Martini cocktail!
